I am 29 yrs old single mom of three children (12, 9, 7). I work full time (on my butt all day) and run my kids around in the evenings for their functions. My day starts at 5:30am and doesn't stop until 10pm when I finish cleaning up and go to bed. I started this job about a year ago and had never had a job that I sat all day, I put on 28 lbs in one year. I have not worked in exercise (besides cleaning house in the evening and running kids around) but I have started eating right (counting calories). I have been doing this for 2 weeks and have lost 7.5 lbs (1/24/14). My goal is to be 150 lbs for my 30th birthday (June 1, 2014). I havent seen that weight since before I got pregnant with my second child, over 10 years ago.
