WOOHOOO FINALLY DOWN A POUND!!!!
Sadly Atkins on its own didnt do much for me in terms of alot of pounds but it has completely elimiated my hypoglycemia as well as the inches i have lost in the past 4 weeks are remarkable - a total of 5.7" in 32 days.
I do believe that simple carbs are the enemy as well as high caloric intake. I am only coming into my stride with nutrition and plan to get down another 8lbs but in no rush. I am focusing on 5lb intervals for now.
Continuing with 1200 calories a day and burning no less than 400 calories a day through excerise - ITS WORKING FOR ME. 11 SLEEPS TILL CUBA!!!!
