Started veggie diet in July 2013. Weight at beginning 212 lbs. Complete elimination of junk, no milk, no cheese, no ice cream, no red meat. Cholesterol went fro 250 to 110. BP from 140/90 to 120/80. just turn 50 years old. Now I weight 190 lbs. Oh, and I quit coffee too, and my energy is like I'm 20 again. I'm loving it.
