Found some motivation today....walked on the treadmill for 45 minutes, still counting calories and thankfully not too hungry. Saw a segment on TODAY that if you sprinkle Chia seeds on your food, it will fill you up faster. They are full of fiber. I need to try that...if anyone else has had experiences w/that let me know how it has worked for you! Good luck everyone.
