Had some tooth/gum problems...not feeling well and not doing much of anything but work and rest...Got a tooth extracted today and will get repair work done in about 8 weeks. I recorded a WEIGHT GAIN and I am OK with it, but i resolve to move the scale downward to my goal. 150 is my goal and I need to put a limit on the time needed to reach the goal. The open-ended goal has left me in limbo. OK...by the end of the year, I will lose the 14 pounds to reach my goal. that is 18 weeks away. Doable without getting psycho!

Tooth/gum problems are the worst! Tooth pain is like no other. Hopefully you will feel better in a day or two. Like you commented on my journal, great attitude. Life happens, the secret is not to get all "weird" about it lol. I should probably do a goal date too :P
