Wahoo! 15 pounds to go to my first goal of 60 pounds down. Working toward getting my walking speed up a bit too. I'd like to be doing 3.5 miles an hour. Gonna keep an eye on myself this weekend as I've noticed that when I get down some in weight, I tend to "celebrate" with food. Gonna begin by acknowledging that's the case and focus on celebrating other ways.....like getting a pedicure today.
