Hmmm, how did i get back to this size... Well let me see. I did the 5k just stopped caring.The problem that i have is sabotagers and non-believers. I give in to good food and desserts. Thats my problem. So 2 weeks ago I said September 7th, Im geting back on it. I wanted to do it after the holiday. ANd i want to do it right. NO more quick fast diets that work but when I eat real food, I balloon back. So I starting out the way that i see others doing it. Im cutting out all bad foods starting with the sugars (only natural sugars in fruit) for this week. No soda, no juices just water for this week. And Im cooking at home this entire month. NO FAST food... Yikes. Wish me luck! These new before pictures and that scale to match really pushed me over the edge.
