I'm not normally a breakfast eater either, but they do reckon that it helps kick start your metabolism for the day. So I've been trying to make sure that I eat breakfast too... so long as I get up in time! If I don't then I've been taking fruit to work with me, otherwise eating caramel snack-a-jacks which I've become rather partial too. Anyway's good luck... we can ALL do it!! :o)
