Well today didn't go as planned. I didn't get to run because lil mama has been sick and she woke up worse so I had to get her ready to take her to the doc and since I have to take public trans I have to leave super early. I didn't have oatmeal or special k so I had to eat rice krispes. Till Friday then I can get my oatmeal.
I will be doing my strength training today so that's a plus. Today is back and bi's and abs. I'm kind of down about not running only cause I can't go tomorrow either since lil mama Is sick and no one to watch her. Well I have to snap out of it. Life gets in the way sometimes and you have to make the best of it....right? So tomorrow if she is getting better then I take a long walk. I know, Wal-Mart its 3 miles back and fourth....sounds like a plan.
Oh and lil mama is doing good...virus....and that's all that matters is that she is healthy. Enjoy!
