Well my bubble has been busted....NO Y....ugh! I was so excited about joining and then POP!! But its for a good reason. Dh called me this morning early from work with better news then joining the Y! It looks like we will be leaving earlier then planned. Very very happy....but disappointed that I can't join....so no weights....and also won't be able to lose the weight by the time he comes. I'm still happy we finally get to be together again....me and lil mama have missed Dh so much....mostly me...lol.
Dh did say we can invest in some weights for me to workout at home...so that will work also. I'm old school...lol...when I used to be a bodybuilder I used mostly dumbells for everything. So I'm happy! For now I'll have to workout with these resistance bands....cause I don't want to be skinny-fat. It just feels as though I'm not doing anything. I'll give them a try again. Today starts my trainin, leg day today. I think I'll use lil mama as my weight....lol.
I went running this morning 3 miles....humid out here. But after running I walked 3 miles. So good day so far. I'll do my workout tonight with lil mama. Enjoy!
