not sure what to have for lunch/dinner today, i'm not much of a cook,
kinda bored of having salads, they're quite enjoyable but i fancy something a bit different, most of the recipes on here are quite intimidating in a sense.

Google is your friend! I just Googled "easy lunches that aren't salad" and it came up with loads of good ideas. You might have to adjust portion size for some but there are some really tasty looking ideas. Have fun experimenting!

I prep couscous the night before and put it in a wrap. will last 2-3 days. I put in sweet corn, onion, pepper and chicken & add some curry spices.
