Ok, I was hoping for more. Interesting... 6 tenths of a pound a loss which is of course good, but really thought it would be better. went shopping last week and bought a size 12 jeans and shorts! excited about that! Going to Montana for a vacation 5 days. Should be super fun. The food I think I can keep track of, there is no connectivity so will have to keep a manual food and exercise diary and enter it when we get back. I am also happy that Phil joined too. I hope it helps him reach his goals. We have some hikes planned too for the trip so should be getting my exercise!! of course it is the drinks that will be the tricky part to manage I assume :-) will hope for a loss will take even be disappointed with a gain at this stage, only 2 pounds to go to reach my first goal! Feeling good about everything overall. So appreciate fat secret!
