Today is my one-month anniversary in maintenance mode and I dropped some serious weight this week. I really upped my workout schedule and I think that had to do with it. I guess I should eat more. Wow! What a strange concept.
However, I think as long as I'm losing weight, it won't hurt to see if I can get a little close to 150 so that I can have a little buffer room so that I don't go over my goal weight. Although I've told myself that I can go over my goal weight by 2 pounds before I have to start tracking and such again.
