OK, I'm back. It has been a long long year. First, let me say In October I ran a 5k and a half marathon and a 10k all in 1 week. It was my last hurrah, and then I was planning to take the winter off from running. Well, in January my Dad passed away unexpectedly, then my Mother in law was put on Hospice care in March, she passed away in August. I was spending the night with her 2-3 time a week while still working. In February I was diagnosed with Fibromyalgia, so I have been dealing with that on top of everything else. But now I'm back and ready to go (almost, can't seem to find my motivation). So for the rest of this week I will be figuring what kind of (way of eating) I am going to be doing? I am thinking about trying to either do Atkins only, or combine WW and Atkins, tracking carbs, pts, and calories. Not sure. But I am back and well "Hi" everyone.
