This new weight is according to the dr's scale. It sucks. I've been working out regularly except for last week when i was sick and i know i've lost at least an inch! I actually measured this time so in about a month's time of working out regularly AND eating healthy, I can update with a more overall picture.

Is the doctors scale your "official" scale you will be weighing on weekly/daily? If not, you need to pick a scale that you will use regularly because each scale you weigh on can weigh you something different. Scales are all calibrated differently. They should be within a few pounds of each other though.
