I am very pleased with my results. I never thought in a million years that I would have lost that much, but I did and I am stocked! Now if I can just stick with it and make this happen! I have really realized these past 9 days that I need to keep up with my exercising....the eating helps, but exercise helps so much more, at least for me. I will start on Phase II today, but am really going to try to only add in a very small amount of the foods allowed, pretty much stick with what I have been doing except for once and awhile!
