I've been following lchf, but gained this week. Not worried because I know it will come off. Blood sugars running in 70s & 80s. I've begun logging my food just in case I'm missing something. Cold weather causing me a lot of body aches and pain. I'm trying to use mind over matter and maybe some supplements.
