Difficult week on my diet and in my world. Work is picking up leaving me struggling to juggle the care of my home and work, school schedule needs. I find that when I have a short crasp on the daily grind I do poorly in my diet choices. I go for the quick meal, the window pick ups. I know I can do better with meal planning and shopping, I think I need to actively incorporate in my schedule, such as Tuesday at 0930 I am going to meal plan and create shopping list. I am going to try this.
