55 and fighting the weight lose battle again. I have been struggling since 8 yrs old w/weight and nutrition issues. I have lost at least 2 grown people in weight. While I have a great understanding of nutrition and what is appropriate choices, I do not plan meals or make wise food selections. Stress is a huge food motivator for me, I take great comfort in carbs when dealing with family concerns.
My goal for this 12 week challenge is to get back on track, lose 40 pounds and regain my endurance. I will need to work diligently to in corporate exercise and activity into my daily routine.
I am looking forward to the support of the team on this challenge and to learn something new about health and wellness I might have missed on prior attempts at this journey.
