I fell off last night, submitted to the kids' leftover mashed taters in the fridge. I know it was because I'm an idiot, but also because I didn't eat a balanced lunch. I was too starved by dinner time. Oh...and...um....I had to chase the taters with a candy bar. Still got up and worked out at 5am...and it hurt. I weighed in and was down a pound. Back on the plan. BW

There must be something in the air, I ate leftover mashed potatoes last too. With gravy! It wasn't alot, but I love homemade potatoes. I've decided to move my workout to the a.m instead of the evening. I like to idea of endorphins flowing thru my veins!
