I went to my dad's last night because he wanted me to look at his toe...long boring story. BUT while I was there I got to check the good scale and I've lost 5 and 1/2 pounds!! I was soooo excited because I haven't been doing very well on the diet...not really bad, but just not following as strictly as I should. But now I'm very motivated to keep working on it
