Really?

UP 5 pounds, wtf... I had to take a harsh truthful look at my behavior for the last month or so. I have not been logging my food faithfully, and "eyeballing" portions instead of weighing/measuring. I need to stop kidding myself - I am my worst enemy, and I am the only thing that can prevent me from reaching my goal weight. It is all within my control. Time to refocus and get this done!
