ok so not on plan and now i have waisted another 2 weeks yeah by now i should know better and have no one to blame but my self so back in the saddle and try again but i gotta say every time it starts working and i can see the end number i just plain get scared don't know why but there it is will have to do a little soul searching on this one.

週に0.9 kg増量中

Wow, you have come a long way! Keep it up. You are almost there. Think of how good you will feel when you get there.
