DAY 1 Yes, I know...I've made mistakes already this morning but I'll just tell myself I'm easing into the diet. Sugar and refined foods are the great American addiction - an addiction I need to kick. I don't imagine I'll get down to my goal of 135-140 lbs in the short 5 weeks before my Mexico trip but it can't hurt to at least rid my body of the junk keeping me unpleasantly pudgy. So - here's to feeling better! They say the road is rocky before you really enjoy life without the sugar weighing you down...vroom vroom!
