I went up from last week so I waited a couple of extra days to record my weight. Today it was down .1 from last week. I know I been binging on cookies, ice cream, lots of oatmeal. Moderation is my goal. Tonight is the Souper bowl event. Time to think of my strategy so I don't over eat. Select carefully... Avoid creamy, rich soups.
