very happy I didn't cross back into the 170's pretty shocked actually. Still have lots of treats in the house, but anything left after next weekend will be tossed. Mixing healthy treats with the sweet ones seems to have paid off! Yeah for healthy eating. It's a lifestyle not a diet!!
