Why so long between weigh ins? I think it's all about staying in control, and weighing in is really a needed reality check for most of us. Once we stop weighing in, and once we stop counting, we so easily slip.

I count every single day, I log everything I eat... but I don't record up for the most part. My food is on track but because I have been sick my exercise is way down. So I weigh in when I see movement. I admit that maintaining the same weight for the last six month is not my favorite thing. But there is enough challenge in my life without beating myself up about it.

Rowan, sorry you've been sick, and sure hope you're on the road to recovery! You'll be right back at it once you can incorporate the regular exercise ;) And you are not far from that blue line. Nice job keeping it in check this long!!!
