I am so excited- surprised, but excited- to see a loss this week! I wasn't able to dedicate as much time to intentional exercise like I wanted to with my riduiculously busy schedule. I haven't had one day to sit and rewind, which I guess has proven beneficial for me. I appreciate all the advice I received this week. Counting my carbs has been quite a struggle. Not the practice of it, but seeing how many I bring in and trying to reduce them. I've decided to just monitor them closely and try to limit them to the first half of my day. That way, I can use the second part of the day to burn them off. My friends and I have been trying new recipes to create on our NuWave ovens so I'm certain that helped lower caloric and fatty intake. (Those things are the best, if you don't have one.) I started a new challenge last week and another one begins this week. I can't wait to see my results over the few months. Keep up the great work everyone and stay motivated!
