Happy Hump Day everyone. Still no internet at the house, so posting continues to be sporadic. Still moving furniture and painting at the office, but I have to finish by Friday, since the carpet installers will be in on Saturday morning. I'm considering doing two full day fasts per week going forward. Probably on Wednesdays and one weekend day. I fasted last Saturday and am doing so again today. I'll see how that works out. If its not too traumatic, I'll try to keep with it. Still doing 18:6 or 20:4 IF on the other days ... mostly :-) I'm eating an average of just under 1,200 calories per day this month, while burning just about 2,900 calories. Ate a few too many high-glycemic carbs between Sunday and Yesterday, but plan to stick to a better LCHF diet except for the weekend of the 16th (my 60th Birthday) and the 24th (my 35th anniversary). I will probably eat poorly during those festivities...LOL. I hope the rest of the week goes well for all my FS buddies and that you have a great weekend.
