So far that protein and fat from last night has not converted to extra weight! WOOHOO!!! lol


If I can keep this trend going, I will hit the 20 pounds lost mark tomorrow. That would be since my May 19th doctor visit. I am happy with this...and she will be too!


So, I have tried Coconut flour and Almond flour each in their own recipes. The flavors of what I make, seem great....it's the texture I have an issue with. Are there certain brands that are better than others...maybe more like a flour texture? or... any suggestions what I can use instead? or Is it just a matter of getting used to them?

With the brands I used....yes and yes! although...I didn't feel they added any "weird" flavors to the recipes
