Must admit, pretty dissappointed with this weigh in. Lowest lbs lost so far. STILL it IS a loss! So I will chose to be thankfull for that. I know I need to step up my exercise program. Haha, I called it a program. It truly doesn't exsist in any form, program, routine whatever. Yes, I occassionally exercise. Need to make it a program or routine. There is room for improvement and I am ok with that. Not striving for perfection just progress. I am making progress so Thank you Lord! I'm keeping my goal of under 300 by thanksgiving though. Will just have to weigh in again Wednesday. 3lbs in 5days? Ok. I'm up for the challenge. I CAN do this!
