this is so unreal after 11 months now the weight decides it wants to come out quickly down another 1.2 pounds after days of 1.7 and 2 pounds I can't really believe it or explain it but I'll take it I'm not going away I still have .4 pounds to go and now it's time to start reevaluating what happens next lose a little more weight to give me some cushion and to determine a maintenance program
