Happy New Year!!

I've had a great start to the New Year with a 4.75lb loss. I think around half of this was just losing the fluid retention from the Christmas excesses, but the rest is real. I'm delighted and am looking well on track to achieve my goal weight in time for my daughter's 1st birthday on 24th March! :)

71.9 kg これまでの減量分: 23.4 kg. 残り: 8.4 kg. ダイエット続き: 100%.

週に2.2 kg減量中

So nice to *see* you......!! and a BIG congrats on the new addition to the family.....I'm back after a one year break that did me NO GOOD at all.......but have my focus and determination in order once again......You'll get to goal, I have NO DOUBT.....!! huggies....>D
