good morning!it is a beautiful day here in louisville, ky! sun is shining, its cool with a slight breeze, leaves are falling! im heading out soon for my walk. i tried to wake my lazy skinny sister (via text) to go for a walk with me but i got nothing lol. she was teasing me last night saying she was gonna come over first thing and make me walk with her cause she is tired of being the only one in the family getting any exercise! of course, i am the only one walking in this family lol.

a day off today before i do 3 10 hour shifts. im an not complaining though because after that i am leaving for a short vacation on sunday! woohoo! today going to the grocery store and cleaning the apartment.

Okay, i gotta take back the lazy sister comment. she just called! she is coming over to walk with me, yay! in about an hour. so, my day just got a little nicer. :) we always have a great time together. Hope everyone has an awesome day and stays on track!

@Sk1nny....wish you were right....we got about a quarter of the way thru and she was tired! lol...and when we got home she had to sit in front of a fan because she was hot lol.....this is the thin sister....i got to tease her about how out of shape she was. It did make me feel good though to see how good i am doing. I wasnt all hot and tired and wore out. I felt great and could have walked a whole lot longer. so the walking is definitely improving my endurance and hopefully my booty!
