down another pound but didnt get to eat until 3pm ( weighed before and after work; same weight) so thats probably why. was very busy at work. It would be awesome to add another 100 calories to slow weight loss down some if this is result from higher protein intake. im not usually that lucky though lol. im sure it will even itself out.


It is absolutely gorgeous out here in louisville, KY. a little windy but i dont mind. If I can just tear myself away from the football games to go for a walk! Im in a fantasy football league with my son so i have to keep up with how im doing in case he asks! I can go for a walk at 7 tonight, in between games if someone can go with me because its dark here then.

I shouldn't worry too much Stacy. If you look at your weight chart, you have lost 4 pounds in the last 16 days - just under 2 pounds a week. That's a pretty healthy speed for weight loss. Sometimes it comes off quickly, other times it stays static.... Just your body adjusting. If you look at my weight chart, sometimes I stay the same, then the next week I may loose 3 pounds - or. Maybe stay the same then loose 2 pounds a week for the next 2-3 weeks. Your doing great.
