Only up 1.4 lbs. That's better than hoped for. Had some high-glycemic carbs over the Super Bowl weekend, and the Stress Hormones are coursing through my body. So a slight gain is to be expected. Also, haven't been able to exercise much because I've had a horrible case of bronchitis since Saturday. Nebulizing albuterol sulfate and taking Dayquil to get through the workday and Nyquil to sleep is finally having its affect. Feel much better today and actually took the dog for a 3 mile walk this morning. Happy hump-day to all my FS buddies. I hope the rest of your week goes incredibly well.
