Starting to feel a bit better. Moving on to solid foods! Also got my results from my health risk assessment back from work. Went from a 73 last year to an 87 this year (out of 100). All of my blood work was great, the only demerits were because of my weight. Hoping to hit a perfect score next year ;)
Hoping to maintain this week. I feel like I've gotten my motivation back, and am almost out of the funk I've been in all month.
Also, before I got sick, this weekend I went for a jog (first time in a long while). I wanted to start another couch-to-5k program and figured I would see where I was at currently. Ran for three and a half miles before I quit. I haven't run that long since... well.. ever. I was pretty excited about it. Going to do some interval training to see if I can get my speed up, and looking to sign up for my first 5k!
