Way to go! What a wonderful feeling. I was there once, but I have let "life" issues give me the "I don't care what I weigh" attitude and of course my weight has steadily risen. But lately I've been getting the inner shakes, so, I have got to follow your lead and head back down the scale! I am proud of you. Keep "down" the good work!!!!

Thank you everyone. I've dropped (I never say lost, that implies I mean to find the pounds again) 49.2lbs so far. I usually stall at around 210 and stop. This time is different I didn't stop when I stalled. Now to keep going! I wouldn't be able to do it without the support I've been getting here and from my hubby and son.
