Well, I just proved it to myself. When I don't eat quality food I get inflammation which shows up as extra weight. I went to Denny's Restaurant and ate half a plate of nachos as an appetizer and for lunch I had a chicken and sausage quesadilla. Not only was the quesadilla made with white flour tortilla, it is grilled with God's knows what kind of grease, and I was dipping it in ranch dressing. Later on in the evening I had 3 oreos and a handful of nuts. Now, the day after, I feel a bit groggy and upset. It's certainly not a good start to my weekend.
