I was feeling so good about this loss until I just saw a picture taken of me yesterday. Re-invigoration for continuing the journey I suppose. Hoping that one day I won't cringe every time I see a picture of myself.
But enough of my own pity party. I'm noticing more and more improvements in my overall fitness. I can run for 30 minutes non-stop now, and rode a 25 mile bike ride last Sunday, which felt fantastic.
