Spent a weekend in Phuket, hanging out at a resort - with a buffet! I avoided the starchy things and that seemed to work pretty well. Or maybe it was that I got sick and felt terrible for two days and didn't eat all that much.

ohhhh phuket!!!!! you have a charmed life!!! good job with the loss, sorry to hear about being sick though.my loss is going verrrry slow; 100gms a week!! its gonna take forever at this rate, have a busy weekend coming up too with a wedding, 21st, and fam birthday!
