keep in mind that your weight will fluctuate depending where you are in the month, but i totally know what you mean...i found that even when i went into phase two that weight loss slowed down and even started creeping back on. B/c your weight is on the lower side anyhow, my suggestion is maybe to start focusing on calories. of course stick to the guidelines of south beach, but if you can find out how many calories a day you should be having to maintain your weight, then try to cut out i think they say 500 a day to have that gradual weight loss, things should work out. and heck, if you play your cards right, you could maybe share a banana split with your hubby! keep up the good work!!!
