Not bad for having a less than perfect weekend. Feeling a little bloaty too, so hopefully I'll have a bigger drop next week.
My goal for this coming week is to continue drinking lots of water, and add in some time for yoga. My stress levels with work are so high right now, and I know how bad that is for weightloss.

I understand the work stress issue. I have found that even 10 minutes of yoga really helps relieve some of the stress. Then again, that could also be from the giggles I get while watching my 2 yo DD try to do yoga with me. She gets this little grin on her face when she thinks she is in the right position that I just can't resist! I'm very proud of her for trying and know that I am setting a good example for her going forward.

Your weight trend line is great. I understand the stress issue. Try yoga or exercise to see if that helps. Otherwise there is always deep breathing when you feel stress. You're doing great!

Lol, GabLynn, that's fantastic! And I do feel like I'm starting to get the hang of this stuff. It's nice getting into the groove of things. Wish I could have figured it out earlier, but hey, better late than never, right?
