Well, for indulging over the weekend, I'll take it! 1.5 lbs in a week is good enough for me. Slow and steady, right?

And I think a little weekend indulgence was good for me. I was beginning to feel like a binge was coming on by the end of last week, so having a moderate amount of carbs and alcohol seems to have gotten that out of my system. Along with just an obscene amount of fresh cherries.

Also feeling really good from my workouts! Anybody else here go to Fit Body Boot Camp? I thought it sounded gimmicky, but a friend convinced me to try it, and I love it. The amount of strength I've gained over the past few months is huge. Plus, the community feeling there is a great motivator.

Lastly, I bought an awesome bike over the weekend! My city is one of the top in the US for biking, so I figured it was time I joined in. Hoping to use it to commute to work and to do some light shopping, as well as some longer rides.
