I am in pain a lot during exercise, because I am using muscles that I have not used since I was in my 20's. I will keep up the good work and practice until perfect. I may gain muscle, so I will weight more. I am not sure where to measure my inches. I will ask the computer on the internet maybe it will tell me and show me how to measure.
