Single Divorced Female have a dog and cat. I walk 2 to 3 times daily. I have just started this week aerobics at parks or at home, lift weights, jump roping, jumping jacks, running, etc. I am struggling with Metabolism has slow down after 30 years old. Obesity runs in my family and I am starting to gain more weight which is very difficult to lose at my age. Especially in my stomach going all around my back. I heard that the weight gain in your stomach is a danger zone. (I need help to lose help to lose weight and lose inches, too)...............
