Been hovering around here the past week or so. Summer is in full swing so my schedule has gotten rearranged and requires more flexibility. My shoulder is on the mend, almost 100%. I have not done the exercise that caused the injury since. I'm averaging 4 days/week training right now. Very happy with that, feeling great. Tomorrow I wake up before the sun to get out on the water. We will be looking for ARS (American Red Snapper) and I am very excited to take on this fish with my newly acquired upper body strength
