Well here we are agin trying to fight this uphill battle. I found out that I have a thyroid problem and that's cause for the weight gain. Now on medication for that and have it under control. Last week I had TMJ surgery and was weighed in at 224.5 today I'm down 5lbs and exstatic!! Being on a liquid no soft food diet for 12 weeks is gonna be hard but I'll get through it and here's hoping I don't hit a Plato
