goin down! my calorie diet is working! almost 10 pounds! still trying to get more protein in my diet. its kinda difficult with mom in rehab. i cannot eat anything from their kitchen. its all home cooking. they say they are concentrating on lower fat, sugar, and sodium but mom gained 8 pounds! they do offer a nice salad and a fruit plate. but their dressing is fattening and their fruit is all the kind i shouldnt eat. so i bring my own. all the rest banned!!!! working the next 2 days. off friday. then work sat morn. Son going back to school today after start of school delayed after storm knocked out electricity all over louisville. so beginning a new normal for my life. want to get back into some kind of exercise. before mom fell i was walking and beginning to look into strength training. my sisters and i are working on a rotating schedule while mom is in rehab so we can all try and get back to a decent routine. gonna make it work!

Wow... That I some weigh loss... Well done. I hope you sort out a decent schedule with your sister so that you can get back into exercise. :-)
