HI I don't have my dietican any more so lost that support. My cousin Micky is on board with my surgery and weight loss helps a lot. I went shopping with her (I felt good that day) walked more than I have in quite a wile was good but sore today. She is a much more active lady than I knew .. good thing for me. Not to long and this walker and wheel chair will be things of my past. My eating, I'm getting laxed on some meals but still at or under daily calorie intake of 1400 cal and carbs no more than 210 rarely ever eat that much usually carb intake for me 150 or less. Eating to keep my eye on the prize my daily meal and snacks on target. I don't cook so I keep it as simple and easy to figure for me.
